SpyHuman is supported online only. Our registered office serves Ekayan Consultancy’s separate consultancy business and does not handle SpyHuman queries, so office visits for SpyHuman matters are not available. Email is the only official support route.
Ekayan Consultancy Private Limited respects intellectual property rights and expects users of SpyHuman to do the same. This policy explains why we have it, how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, how we handle notices, how to respond if your content is removed, and how we deal with repeat infringers. We aim to handle every notice fairly, promptly, and with a clear record.
This policy gives copyright owners a clear, fair way to ask us to remove infringing material, and gives users a way to respond if their content is removed by mistake. It reflects the notice and takedown approach used under laws such as the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable rules elsewhere.
If you believe material on our website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright contact at [email protected]. So that we can act quickly, please make your notice complete, as set out below. Incomplete notices may not be actionable and may need to be resent.
Send it to our designated copyright contact:
Copyright AgentEmail is the fastest route and the one we monitor. Postal notices reach the registered office above, but we do not receive visitors there, support is online only.
Before you send a notice, please consider whether the use might be permitted, for example as fair use or fair dealing, or under a licence. A notice should be sent only when you genuinely believe the use is not authorised.
When we receive a valid notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, and we notify the person who posted it, giving them a copy of the notice. If we need more information to locate or assess the material, we will ask you.
We aim to review valid notices and act within a reasonable time of receiving them. Complex cases may take a little longer, and we will keep you informed if so. Notices are reviewed during our support hours of 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, by email and live chat only.
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notice to [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by applicable law. We will review it and may restore the content unless the original complainant pursues legal action within the period the law allows.
We act on notices in good faith, but we are not a court and we do not decide who ultimately owns a copyright. Where a dispute is genuinely contested, the parties may need to resolve it through the proper legal channels. Our job is to handle notices fairly and to keep a clear record.
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in line with our Terms and Conditions and Lawful Use Policy. We keep a record of notices to help us apply this consistently and fairly.
If your complaint is about a trademark or another intellectual property right rather than copyright, contact us at the same address with equivalent detail, including proof of your right and the location of the material, and we will review it under the relevant law.
Copyright is protected in most countries, and we accept notices from rights holders regardless of where they are based, provided the notice meets the requirements above.
Knowingly making a false claim of infringement, or a false counter notice, can carry legal liability. Please make sure your claim is accurate and made in good faith before you send it.
