Yes, SpyHuman works worldwide. As our app depends on the internet and not on the physical location, we work worldwide without any location limitations.

SpyHuman is parental controlling and Employee monitoring application and it’s use it totally legal. but there are some rules & regulation that you required to follow those mentioned below.

  1. Parents can only use it for their underaged kids.
  2. You can monitor employee but your employee must be about the application being installed on their mobile.
  3. You must own the device.

There are two possible way to reset the password, As mentioned below.

  1. Click on Forget Password link given in to Login page and enter your username and press submit button. And within few seconds you will receive an E-mail to reset your password.
  2. Login to your account and go to account configuration section and enter your current password once, new password twice and click on Change password button.

There can be three reasons that you are unable to log in.

  1. Your account is not verified yet, check it out your email account and verify your email to make your account verified.
  2. You may forget your password or username, In this case, your E-mail is your username and you can reset the password with forget password link given in login section.
  3. You are trying to log in from mobile. As some mobile are not supporting our security standard so in this case try to log in again from desktop or laptop.

You can unhide app by two methods.

  1. Dial unique uninstall code on the device on which you have installed the application (You can find this uninstall code in account configuration section in the top right corner of the admin panel.)
  2. Go to “Remote Control ” Section and click on “Disable stealth Mode” button when mobile is online.

If someone installed our application without your knowledge on your device then please contact us at [email protected] with your mobile IMEI details and we ensure you that we will erase your mobile data from our server and block that user as well.

Note : you can get IMEI number by dialing *#06# on the mobile

Install/uninstall And Compatible

No.You need physical access to device for about 5 minutes. Installation is simple. You simply open up a web page on the mobile and just download SpyHuman Android apk File for installation or you can even transfer it via Bluetooth from other device. Then install it with your credential and you are ready to go.

You will be provided a secret code in your admin panel, you can use that code to find out if your device has SpyHuman installed or not.

It’s depends on whether internet is connected to target device or not. if internet is connected it may take up to 20 min. to process data and upload on SpyHuman server.

No you can’t uninstall SpyHuman App. remotely for that you need physical access to device, after that you need to dial unique code which you can find in your admin panel after that follow on-screen instructions.

To uninstall app login to Admin Panel and go to Account Configuration page(Top Right Corner of Admin Pane) then check uninstall code and dial it on the target mobile and click on uninstall button.

If the uninstall code is not working then follow below procedure.

  1. Go to the Remote control section.
  2. Click on disable stealth mode button when the device is online.
  3. Find secure service or system service on the menu.
  4. Open it and click on Uninstall Button.
  5. Done!!

Network & Internet Connection & Service provider

Sorry but internet connection is necessary for SpyHuman to work because every data need to be synchronized with SpyHuman server through internet that’s why internet is must, but now a days most of smartphone have auto Wifi configuration by default so it will connect to wifi when it’s found.

No, Data will be recorded on target phone as temporary files and SpyHuman App. Hold that data until target phone gets the internet connection and all data sends to SpyHuman server. It’s may take some time for target phone become online and all data sends to SpyHuman server so may have to wait for longer.

No,It’ not necessary to have 24×7 days internet connection on target phone because all recorded data of target phone will store invisibility on target phone and sends it to SpyHuman server when target phone become online.

Some of the mobile stops background app for the temporary basis for the battery backup and in this case mobile will show online when it unlock, will update data at that time.

Please make sure following settings were applied.

  1. Check and disable Anti-viruses apps.
  2. Go Settings > Security and just check Unknown Sources.
  3. Disable Power saving or Battery saving mode.
  4. Disable Data Saving mode.
  5. Go to Device Security software -> Enabling Auto Start for System Service.
  6. Open Google Settings Application -> Go to security option -> Uncheck “Scan device for security threads” And “Improve harmful app detection” options
  7. Check to see if the application is running on the phone. Go to Settings -> Applications -> running services>System Service
  8. Check to see if the application is still installed on the phone. Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications
  9. The phone’s airplane mode should be disabled.

Functionality/Features (SMS, Calls, URLs, Photo, Notes, Phone call recording)

You can check all recorded information of target phone directly from your SpyHuman account.You can check every data individually from our easy to use control panel.

No, SMS that is received or sent from target phone after installation of SpyHuman will be recorded and uploaded to your SpyHuman account directly within few moments. But you will not get SMS or any other data that deleted immediately before uploading to SpyHuman server.

Just make sure that target phone connect with internet because every data sends to your SpyHuman though Internet so if target phone didn’t connect with internet you will not get any information on SpyHuman account.

For the social media make sure following settings were applied.

  • Notification for the social media apps (Whatsapp, Facebook) is On.
  • Our app has the necessary permission to access these notifications.
  • Accessibility permission is enabled.
  • Follow below steps to use Live recording

    1. Click on Delete pending request button. (You will not get previous recordings after this process.)
    2. Refresh Page & Check Green dot in the top panel.
    3. Click on Start Live Recording Button.
    4. Stop it after some time.
    5. Wait For some time around 10 to 20 min.
    6. Refresh the page.
    7. Done!!

    For applying call Restriction follow below simple steps.

    1. First, make sure the device is online by a green dot in the top panel.
    2. Enter number that you want to block (No need of international standard)
    3. Select block Type (Incoming, Outgoing, Both) and click on add button.
    4. Wait for some time to change status In-Queue to applied.
    5. Done!!!

    Note : Device must be online when you are applying or removing any restriction.

    All most devices support call recording feature but few not. And below can be a possible reason for that.

    1. Any another call recording is installed on the mobile, So according to the android ecosystem, two call recording app can not work at the same time.
    2. If there are battery/power savers or security apps with similar functionality (e.g., CM Security, Clean Masteretc.) installed, they kill prevent our application along with other background applications periodically & prevent recordings from getting uploaded.
    3. Some of the mobile doesn’t support call recording app except their default one. and no call recording app can be 100% accurate as well.
    4. If you are only waiting for particular recording then please note that our app give first priority to low size data and if the recording is high in size then there are less possibility of upload it.

    Location updates require Location Services to be enabled on the phone with accurate location mode. If it is disabled, location updates will not come because of restrictions enforced by Android ecosystem. Also, you can not turn it off/on remotely by any mean.

    No, We do not deduct charge automatically from the bank account. We always notify users on 25th of every month to renew their subscription for their knowledge.

    NOTE: After moving your account to free, you will not able to view data that monitored during premium subscription.

    First Log-In to your SpyHuman account and go to Device Information section, And find User Type details. If your user type is VIP then your account is premium and If your User Type is Free then your account is Free.
